Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Initiatives: Assist in interviews with prospective agent candidates and promote our recruitment efforts.
- Onboarding: Manage new agent onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
- Training Delivery: Provide product and sales training for Property, Casualty and Life products to Agents and Agency Staff.
- Enhancing Capabilities: Empower our agents by sharing competitive advantages and innovative marketing strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist with policy rating, quote generation, and crafting impactful sales presentations.
- Event Organization: Help organize district meetings and events to boost the success of our initiatives.

Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Industry Experience
- Commercial Insurance Sales Experience Preferred
- Successful Completion of a Background Check
- Technological Literacy
- Ability to Work On-Site and in the Field
Pay & Benefits
Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary along with the opportunity to earn a bonus:
- Pay Range: $48,000 - $72,000 (commissions/bonuses).
