Insurance Agent Program - You will go through extensive training through the University of Farmers with support from our District office. Agents are eligible for an exterior signage bonus, $5,000 office startup bonus and one of the best compensation plans in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to promote insurance products and services.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the insurance agency, including sales, staff management, marketing, and business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service and benefits administration to clients.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

- College degree preferred, but not required
- Sales, business development, and/or management experience required
- Excellent communication skills

- Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
- Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check
- Current Missouri and Kansas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses, OR ability to obtain within 45 days
