Responsibilities and Requirements :
Meet recruiting and new business production goals and objectives as established.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and implement recruiting and lead generation activities.
Schedule recruiting appointments to build candidate pipeline.
Work independently and as part of a team
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Prior recruiting or sales experience is preferred.
Salary : $45,000
