Assist agency in all aspects of handling customer accounts, including processing policies, policy retention, and policy servicing.
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Process policy transactions and customer requests, such as processing payments, sending certificates of insurance, mailing policies, changing addresses and/or payment information within billing accounts, etc.
Keep records of client interactions and transactions.
Analyze, clarify, and resolve policy account-related issues with insurance carriers.
Creating and organizing client files.
Work to maintain positive customer experiences by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and communicating clearly and with respect.
Implement and adhere to company and Agency compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Professional communications skills, both written and verbal.
Problem solving - ability to research and identify timely solutions to client-related problems.
Attention to Detail - maintain accurate and descriptive account details of all client interactions.
Multi-tasking - ability to focus on two or more tasks/projects concurrently, switching back and forth from one thing to another.
Job Knowledge - ability to understand basic product, billing, underwriting, and processing guidelines.
Teamwork - ability to work well with others in a way that contributes to an efficient and enjoyable work environment.
