Work in small office environment to provide friendly and professional service to clients by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries (phone and in-person); new business sales; general office management.
State insurance licenses required (provided by company as part of onboarding)
Duties may include:
*Provide telephone service, resolves basic policy inquiries
*Input policy changes, assist in maintaining client records
*Customer service calls
*Process payments
*Quote new business / cross sell to existing clients
*Marketing activities as assigned
Qualifications
*Previous customer service experience (required)
*Sales experience (preferred)
*Willing and able to become licensed (required)
*Pass background check (required)
*Highly organized and detail oriented
