Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong skills in upselling techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques including cold calling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
