Duties

- Negotiate contracts with vendors, talent, and other external partners.
- Manage sales administration tasks related to project funding and resource allocation.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the production process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote produced content effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders throughout the production cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production role or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation skills for working with clients and vendors.
- Experience in sales or retail sales is preferred; outside sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance communication across diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
