Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options all while being mentored by one of the top agents. Responsibilities:
- Side-by-side work with your mentor and becoming self-sufficient in the process will build your confidence and skill level.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Willing to obtain required insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively
- Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus
