Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust client base through outside sales efforts, networking, and calling.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their unique circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with agency owner to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in retail sales or outside sales, is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of building relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
