Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role involves outside sales, where you will actively market insurance services and build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Provide guidance on policy features, benefits, and terms to ensure clients make informed decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively market products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid insurance license is required.
