Job Description
Responsibilities: •Contact Commercial and individual prospects to collect quote information •Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations •Schedule Farmer’s Friendly Policy Review’s •Update current customer Information •Identify cross-sell opportunities within Agency book of business •Proficiency in relevant computer applications •Excellent communication/interpersonal skills •Have excellent organizational skills
Qualifications
• Candidate should be self-motivated and driven, reliable and have a positive attitude • Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience • Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs • Strong computer skills • Must have the ability to multi-task • Strong organizational skills • Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain licenses may also be considered) • Previous sales experience is a plus. Insurance experience preferred but not necessary with a proven sales background •
