Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized advice.
Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and proposing solutions.
Outbound Calls : Leads are purchased and input into CRM / Dialer. 10 new quotes a day is the GOAL with 1-2 HH Sales each day!
Policy Customization : Recommend and craft insurance plans tailored to each client's requirements.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance clients' insurance portfolios through additional products.
Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer informed advice.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Prospecting and generating new business through provided leads & referral sources.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess an active General Lines P&C insurance license and Life & Health in Texas or the ability to obtain one.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus : A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity.

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
