Monday-Friday 8-5 (Full Time)

You Will:
Engage – Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with clients and assist them with a range of inquiries, from policy updates to claims support. Your friendly attitude and proactive approach will help our clients feel confident in their insurance choices.
Ask and Educate – You’ll assess each customer’s unique needs, guiding them through available products, benefits, and coverage options. Whether it’s explaining policy details or offering new services, you’ll empower clients to make informed decisions.

Physical Requirements – While most of your time will be spent at a desk or on the phone, there may be some light physical activity (like moving files or assisting with paperwork, Cleaning Etc.) during your workday.

Compensation:
DOE (Depends on Experience): $16 - $18, with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for growth.
