Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and modifications.
- Assist clients in filing claims and follow up on the status.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
