Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving new business by reaching out to both current clients and new leads through outbound phone calls. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is comfortable with phone-based outreach. As an Insurance Producer, you will be instrumental in promoting our suite of insurance products, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads, cross-selling current clients and referrals.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Accountable for managing the CRM pipeline and following up with prospects accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to explain policy options and coverage details to best suit their needs.
Requirements
- A coachable attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales effectively while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required before starting (study material and 1st test attempt will be paid for by the agency).

Pay: $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
