Our Associate Agent Program allows you to train and learn the Insurance industry as you transition into a Farmers Agency Owner. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, while working from home or here in our district office located in San Francisco.
The Associate Agent Program will provide business professionals who have an entrepreneurial mind set the real-world experience necessary to own and operate a successful Insurance Agency. As an Associate Agent you will be given the opportunity to work out of district office and work alongside our most successful agents here in the bay area. Our focus is to support you, while we help you develop additional skillsets that you will be able to leverage in your agency.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health Insurance license required.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
Salary : $50,000 - $125,000
