Job Description

Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated and capable sales minded individual to join our team of skilled sales associates. This position focuses on interacting with customers, discussing what their various needs are, and working to come to an effective resolution for their needs. Working to ensure that a smooth process is used to help customers quickly and efficiently.

Salary: $120000.00 - $130000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve business objectives
• Manage and hire staff within the agency.
• Protect and manage customers assets
• Provide customers with auto, home, commercial, specialty, and life insurance
• Create and implement an effective marketing campaign
• Contact potential customers via phone, email, or through networking
• Track and report sales in the agency
• Create an efficient work environment for employees

Requirements

• 1 years of industry experience
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not initially required.
• Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic, and leadership skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, intuitive and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills.
• Prior Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
