Job Description

We provide Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Our District has been in the top 10% of all Farmers Insurance Agencies for the past 10 consecutive years; come learn the industry and work with a Team of Top Performers.

As a sales agency producer, you have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and products and provide customers with customized coverage. Salary: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve business objectives
• Protect and manage customers assets
• Provide customers with auto, home, commercial, specialty, and life insurance
• Manage and mentor all marketing employees
• Generate potential leads for future sales
• Track and report sales in an organized manner
• Manage and hire staff within the agency.

Requirements

• 1 years of industry experience
• Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic, and leadership skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not initially required.
• Prior Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
