Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve business objectives
- Manage and hire staff within the agency.
- Protect and manage customers assets
- Create and implement an effective marketing campaign
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or through networking
- Track and report sales in the agency
- Create an efficient work environment for employees
Requirement
- 1 years of industry experience
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not initially required.
- Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic, and leadership skills.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, intuitive and resourceful.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication / Interpersonal Skills.
- Prior Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
