Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Assist clients by answering inquiries related to policies, claims, coverage options, and general insurance information.
- Manage claims by guiding clients through the claims process
- Assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and cancellations
- Offering quotes for various insurance products, explaining coverage options and helping clients choose the best plans for their needs.
- Resolving client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, acting as a liaison between the client and other departments when necessary
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions to ensure compliance and facilitate follow-ups.
- Keep up to date with new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
