Farmers Insurance Agency, located in San Jose, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Client Service Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. This position is perfect for someone looking to work Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with the potential for growth and development within our company.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Process daily alerts
- Handle all incoming claims calls from customers and follow-up
- Document each customer contact in APEX (Farmers version of Salesforce)
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
