We are seeking motivated and dynamic Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. Duties
- Work from a LARGE, existing Property and Casualty book to generate life sales!
- WE provide ALL LEADS as we expand our products into our existing customer's households
- Full time? Part time? We check those boxes! Work on your schedule while making GENEROUS life commissions from a large, seasoned book of business.
- We need agents to sell life for this agency! This book is UNTAPPED and UNWORKED for many years. It's PRIME for LIFE SALES! How GOOD is THAT?!?
- We offer a full range of competitive life products!
- Conduct outside life sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through sales administration tools.
- Engage in various contact means to reach potential clients and promote services.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele, enhancing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Texas General Lines Life & Health license required. No exceptions.
- Proven experience in life sales, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with life insurance products and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration in a team environment.
- Experience in sales administration or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader audience.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
