Responsibilities

• Client Advising: Provide expert life insurance advice tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to recommend best-suited life insurance products.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into life insurance policies by educating potential clients on the benefits and specifics of our products.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our agents to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Licensing: A valid Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in life insurance sales or a similar role is advantageous.
