ABSOLUTELY NOT! We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped monthly commission and attractive monthly AND quarterly bonuses. The SKY is the LIMIT!

- Make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services
- Receive daily leads from our marketing team to connect with potential clients
- Build relationships and educate clients on their insurance needs
- Provide customized insurance solutions that fit their lifestyle & budget
- Close deals and celebrate your wins!

Requirements
Are you?
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain!)
- A self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
