Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, proactive communication, and personalized insurance solutions.
- Sales & Business Growth Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and close sales to achieve or surpass set targets.
- Product Expertise Develop a comprehensive understanding of Farmers Insurance products, including home, auto, life, health, and business policies, to provide well-informed guidance to clients.
- Lead Generation & Networking Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Customized Solutions & Quoting Prepare accurate insurance quotes and tailored proposals that align with clients' unique coverage needs.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling Identify opportunities to offer additional products that enhance customer protection while supporting agency growth.
- Regulatory Compliance Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations, ensuring ethical and legal compliance in all sales and service activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Sales & Customer Service Experience Background in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
- Licensing Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
- People Skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-Motivation & Goal-Driven Mindset A proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent time management skills.
- Independent & Team Player Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-Savvy Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
