Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to deeply understand their personal or business needs, focusing on providing tailored solutions that protect their assets and financial well-being.
Empathetic Problem Solving: Actively listen to clients' concerns, offering insurance solutions that address both their immediate and long-term needs with care and understanding.
Passion for Sales: Leverage your enthusiasm for sales to grow the agencys client base, while always prioritizing the best interests of the client. Be proactive in seeking out new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Policy Education: Educate clients on various insurance policies, explaining coverage options in clear and simple terms so they feel empowered to make informed decisions.
Customized Insurance Solutions: Recommend the right insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
Ongoing Client Support: Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service, handling policy renewals, and guiding clients through the claims process with patience and empathy.
Collaboration and Learning: Partner with senior agents and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service for all clients, while continuously learning about new products and staying current with industry trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
State insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, marketing or other relevant degree
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.
Familiarity with different types of insurance (auto, home, life, etc.).
Bilingual skills
