Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough insurance assessments and risk evaluations for clients.
Collaborate with the agency team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Insurance license in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the state of Missouri (or willingness to obtain one/both) is required
Knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulations is a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
