Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Compensation Package Range: $36,000-$57,000
- With any of these certifications, a $5,000 increase in base salary:
- CIC - Certified Insurance Counselor; CISR - Certified Insurance Sales Representative; CSAM - Certified Strategic Account Manager; and/or CCRM - Certified Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing ongoing support, policy renewals, and addressing client inquiries.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance coverage, advising on necessary adjustments or additional coverage.
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
