Responsibilities
- Offer a range of insurance products, including home, auto, business, and life insurance
- Identify prospects' needs and create tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Participate in a culture of healthy competition and team support
- Create a brand for your agency and actively market yourself
- Educate your clients on available products
Requirements
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Licenses prior to start date) *Financial assistance provided.
- Self-Motivated
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
