Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to products or services
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer service
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus
