Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Assist customers with product information, coverages, and service-related questions.
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Demonstrate phone etiquette while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude towards resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.
