The customer service & sales representative will have the opportunity to earn commission on the sales and retention that they ensure close due to their document verification and collection efforts. Responsibilities
- Timely management of your task pipeline
- Work with customers on outstanding documents needed for their policies
- Reviewing of new business accounts to ensure all documents are present
- Follow up with sales reps on any outstanding information needed
- Interact with underwriting team on acceptance of documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (composition and grammar) are a MUST
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and be assertive in a collaborative environment
- Results-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced environment
- Current Property and Casualty License for Texas required
- Commercial insurance experience a plus
Salary : $36,000 - $45,000
