Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
- Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth
- Manage agency operations including marketing, sales, and customer service
- Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Illinois or willing to obtain licenses

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
