Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and reach out to potential customers through leads, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and present quotes, close sales, and process necessary paperwork.
- Conduct coverage assessments to understand customer needs.
- Present and explain insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid Personal Lines Insurance license is required. (Property & Casualty license is preferred.)
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
