Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through various sales channels, including outside sales and retail sales.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve company goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, showcasing a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A proactive approach to analyzing client needs and market conditions to drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain Insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Health).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
