- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Prospect through various sales channels (telephone, networking, referrals, other sources) to generate leads and opportunities
- Answer Inbound and make outbound calls on leads to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Follow a proven sales process to build value and customize an insurance portfolio to suit individual clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
- Complete Advance Sales Training
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency management.
Requirement
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
