Responsibilities
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Prospect and market through various sales channels to generate leads and opportunities
- Make Outbound calls on leads to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales. Previous Farmers, Allstate, or State Farm Insurance sales experience is a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
