About the role...
- Manages assigned accounts, including large, complex accounts, and is responsible for realizing premium, profit and growth objectives for those accounts.
- Executes strategies to maximize the distribution of the available insurance products for Personal Lines, Specialty Lines and Commercial Lines products.
- Activities performed to achieve those objectives may include training on products, systems, service, and underwriting, book transfers, development of existing accounts, new business growth and retention, or prospecting for new accounts.
- Serves as the primary contact point for account support staff to build and maximize the account / company relationship for Personal Lines, Specialty Lines and Commercial Lines products.

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate controlled office environment, with some exposure to uncontrolled outside en vironmental conditions and travel via automobile and / or commercial transportation.
