Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build rapport with prospective and current clients, ensuring their insurance needs are fully understood and addressed.
Policy Analysis : Review and provide recommendations on policy options tailored to fit individual client needs and circumstances.
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Relationship Maintenance : Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied with their coverage.
Professional Development : Continuously upgrade your knowledge in the property and casualty insurance sector to provide the most current advice to clients.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess a valid South Dakota Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain within first 30 days.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is highly desired.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Driven : Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.
