Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively reach out to prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs and transferring prospective clients to a licensed producer.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base of our agency.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Goals: Meet and exceed targets set by the company, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance product knowledge to provide optimal service and advice.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active insurance sales license is a plus, or willing to obtain one upon hiring.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous, but not required
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Focused: Strong desire to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, once licensed.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude towards clients and coworkers.
