We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Banking Administrator professional to provide quality compliant loan documents to service our clients.

- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Handle thank-you calls and cards for new or existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Process and verify wires for the bank.
- Review and maintain signature cards and other account-related documentation.
- Process check orders and assist customers with print statement requests.
- Handle IRA reports, letters, and account closings.
- File documents accurately and maintain organized records.
- Review closed account reports and provide necessary support.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of clerical duties.
- Support branch operations with daily tasks, including customer transactions when needed.
- Perform data entry and ensure documentation is precise and up-to-date.
- Participate in training to develop knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Shadow senior Personal Bankers to gain insight into the role and responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

- 1-2 years of teller, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous banking experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- PC and keyboard skills
