Farmers State Bank of Hamel's Corcoran location has an immediate opening for a Full Time Customer Service Representative which includes Bank Teller duties. We are a locally owned and operated community bank that has been in the same family since 1919. We take pride in providing quality products and outstanding customer service in a relaxed atmosphere.
This position offers 38-40 hours per week with an alternating rotation of Saturday's (8:30-noon). Saturday pay is double time and this position qualifies for our benefits package.
High School or equivalent education is preferred.
Experience in cash handling is preferred however we are willing to train the right person who has excellent customer service skills. Working in this position at Farmers State Bank of Hamel offers a great opportunity to learn areas of banking beyond the traditional Teller duties.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Traditional Teller/Customer Service duties.
Effectively respond to customer inquiries
Referral opportunities with new and existing customers.
Manage vault/teller cash in accordance to bank policy, procedures and standards.
Night drop transactions and mail deposits.
ATM balancing.
New accounts and existing account maintenance.
Working with customers on IRA's.
Possible cross training opportunities in other departments for the right candidate.
