Description
Assist with the ongoing support of our commercial and private banking clients. Ensure an exceptional client experience by responding to inquiries, handling requests and proactively addressing any concerns. Additionally, the position will work closely with the Business Bankers, providing necessary support to maintain smooth operations and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Customer Service:
- Process new account transactions; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types.
- Resolve operational problems reported by business and private banking clients in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with I-Banking, bill pay, wire transfers, and various service matters as requested.
- Perform advanced duties and support Treasury Management Officers, Private Bankers and the FSB branch network as needed. Provide consistent support to TMO & Business Bankers to open and maintain various types of personal and business accounts, gathering all account opening information and documentation or changes to existing accounts.
- Create and maintain an organized schedule of current Treasury Management clients, Remote Deposit, ACH services, Positive Pay, Large Deposit clients and prospects. Work with Treasury Management Officers to ensure clients are being reached on a consistent basis.
- Handling various inquiries from customers. Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer service & relations.
- Provides clients ongoing support with treasury management services.
- Is actively involved in and understands the banks ACH process and the consumer and commercial online banking platform.
Operations and Audit:
- Responsible for reviewing monthly business fees in a timely manner to ensure newly implemented services are being properly charged.
- Assist Treasury Management Officers with ACH Risk Rating and other compliance items as needed.
- Review RD Exception Items (larger than limit threshold).
- Compile Annual customer education and self-assessments.
- Support business development events. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned and assists others to complete tasks and work assignments.
Contact Center:
- Assist with inbound Contact Center interactions as needed
Qualifications Required:
- Strong time management.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in areas of customer services and Bank products.
- Post-secondary education in business related field or related experience.
- Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills needed to liaise with providers, vendors, and other professionals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented.
