- Process routine customer financial inquiries, transactions and service requests
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information
- Perform general accounting functions
