Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate project management activities related to maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance operations.
• Carwash Maintenance/Systems Tech.
• Fuel Dispenser maintenance
• Building and grounds maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Actively participate in the retail leadership team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Good driving record
• Open availability and willing to be on call
• Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work at all location from Minot to Tioga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
