As the LPN/RN Treatment Nurse at Farmerville Nursing and Rehabilitation, LPN/RN will have direct care responsibilities and supervisor responsibilities for nursing assistants.
You are responsible for ensuring that professional standards of practice meet patient's needs through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You should do everything you can to preserve the dignity of all facility residents as you provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support.

Requirements:
- Possess a current Louisiana/Multi-State LPN/RN license
- At least 18 years old High school diploma/GED
- Authorized to work in the US
