Education:
The starting pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Gratuity. This is the pay range for this position that Farmhouse Inn reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

- Maintains knowledge of local and greater Sonoma County roads and general traffic patterns
- Greets guests warmly and according to Farmhouse Inn standards
- Keeps vehicle clean and stocked with guest amenities per Farmhouse Inn standards
- Addresses routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: checking engine fluids, inspecting interior and exterior electrical and mechanical components, maintaining tire pressure and keeping fuel and other fluids at adequate levels
- Transports guests of Farmhouse Inn from point to point as needed
- Maintains a calm, professional demeanor at all times, especially under stressful driving conditions
- Maintains trip and mileage records as required to comply with Farmhouse Inn policies and standards
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and appearance guidelines
- Acts with a sense of urgency and always professional and positive
- Meets and exceeds customers’ and co-workers’ expectations by providing excellent service and teamwork
- Is mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while at work
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience driving / transporting guests in hospitality or related guest service environment
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills, attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of electronic communication platforms (Outlook email, time keeping system, Microsoft Word etc.)
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, with composure
- Teamwork attitude- Ability to work interdepartmentally, with Restaurant, Kitchen, Spa and other Farmhouse teams
- Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time and complies with Farmhouse Inn standards
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs, weekend & holiday availability is mandatory
- Current and unexpired CA Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Auto insurance is a plus but is not mandatory to be successful in this position
