Production Role
Farmhouse Pottery is looking for a highly skilled and motivated production artist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will create high-quality pottery pieces while maintaining the consistent quality and attention to detail required by our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create functional and decorative pottery pieces using various techniques such as throwing, hand-building, and glazing.
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment, adhering to our cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Load and unload kilns on a regular or rotating basis, once trained.
- Contribute to the overall production process and team, assisting with different areas of the department as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior throwing experience; candidates will demonstrate their wheel skills during an interview.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
