Responsibilities Include
- Serves as a strategic thought partner, responsible for leading strategic initiatives aligned with enrollment management's mission in support of its divisional units and institutional enrollment priorities.
- Supports the development of strategic enrollment planning and coordinates special projects and initiatives across the Division of Enrollment Management.
- Manages delivery, implementation, assessment, and monitoring of special projects, and provide on-going status update on initiatives.
- Assist enrollment management units in driving initiatives/projects/tasks through completion.
- Provides analytical support for data informed decision making related to admissions, recruitment, financial aid, scholarships awarding, enrollment, and student success.
- Collaborate with the enrollment management units to evaluate and develop improvements for automating processes including assessing and coordinating impacts, testing, implementation, and documentation to ensure all units are fully supported.
- Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies centered around enrollment management and provide direction on how to leverage these technologies in a way that improves operational efficiencies and services across the division.
- Lead the effort to establish or refine policies, processes, and procedures across Enrollment Management Units.
- Facilitate consultant and vendor requests and make recommendation for demos as appropriate.
- Work closely with Enrollment Management Units and Procurement to secure contracts and assist with purchasing process.
- Evaluate, assess, and ensure the Division of Enrollment Management delivers the highest levels of customer service internally and externally.
- Create a consultative environment that engages divisional directors, leadership, and cross-campus partners to ensure our efforts are aligned with short- and long-term enrollment goals.
- Stay current on enrollment trends, best practices, and emerging topics.
- Assess the effectiveness of enrollment management strategies and adjust accordingly.
- Improve processes, efficiencies and division-wide performance and outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working in enrollment management and/or admissions and recruitment in higher education.
- Demonstrated evidence of developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic enrollment initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the complexities of higher education and national trends related to strategic enrollment management.
- Evidence of facilitating campus-wide collaboration.
- Working knowledge of Ellucian (Banner) Student Information Systems and CRMs.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience working in enrollment management and/or admissions and recruitment in higher education.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, management, leadership, problem-solving, and data driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working within a state system of higher education.
- Experience using Ellucian Banner Student Information System, Slate CRM and other enrollment tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including supporting a diverse student population and fostering a multicultural community.
This is a full-time UUP position.
- For the first 10 working days, beginning Thursday, April 3, 2025, and ending Wednesday, April 16, 2025, applications will be limited to UUP Farmingdale.

- SALARY: $100,000 $3,400 in downstate location pay = $103,400 Total Compensation. Salary may increase commensurate with experience.
