Aquatics Supervisor

You have knowledge of:

• Aquatic programming and pool practices and procedures
• American Red Cross methods and techniques of water safety and lifeguarding skills

The Elbow Grease of the job:

• Frequently be walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds
• Occasionally stoop or crouch
• Required to work flexible hours
• Lifeguarding and Swimming
• Cleaning and maintenance duties

• Work outside weather conditions and exposure to heat and sun
• Noise levels at times can be loud
• Possible exposure to stress caused by conflicts with other employees or the public

To be considered you will need:

• 18 years of age or older
• Two (2) years of experience lifeguarding and/or teaching swim lessons.
• Lifeguard Training Certification (preferred)
• Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• Possess or obtain Food Handlers Permit
